   1. WHAT IF I FIND THE PRODUCT AT A LOWER COST AFTER I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED IT?  If you find the exact product elsewhere for a lower price (including shipping) within one year, we will refund the difference.  Just email us proof of the lower price including the cost of shipping.

     2.   ARE THE PICTURES POSTED ON THE WEBSITE THE PRODUCTS THAT WILL BE RECEIVED?
        Yes.

      3.  HOW OFTEN DO NEW PRODUCTS GET ADDED?  We usually add on new design/products to our inventory on a regular basis. It depends on the availability of the new products on the market. In most of cases we have the new items extremely fast.

       4.  DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?   No, we only ship to the lower 48 states excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

      5.  AM I REQUIRED TO ENTER A PHYSICAL ADDRESS?  Yes. UPS requires a physical shipping address.  Currently we only ship to addresses with a street address.

       6.  HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?  Most of the orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

      7.  HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE RECEIVED?
        Standard delivery orders will arrive in four to ten business days.

      8.  HOW COULD AN ITEM BE OUT OF STOCK WHEN IT APPEARS ON THE WEBSITE?
        Even though we do update our site regularly, periodically a product may become unavailable after the order has been placed.  In rare cases such as this we will notify you by e-mail that your order is on backorder and then do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. You may also have the option to cancel the order or replace it with a similarly priced item.

        9.  WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
        Please email us immediately so we can arrange to change it before it ships. If the product has been shipped out, we will arrange for an exchange.

     10.  WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER WAS NOT APPROVED?
         There are a number of reasons for your order not to be approved. The main reason could be your credit card failed to pass the fraud detection test. You may contact us directly at pkenterprises6777@yahoo.com if you wish to complete the order. 

   11.  WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Biker Leather and Clothing we want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not happy with the purchase, simply send them back by following the instructions given below. We do not charge any restocking fee nor do we charge for reshipping size exchanges as many companies do.

To keep up the great prices and to serve you better please adhere to the following guidelines and policies.

• The item is in the same new condition with tags on it and you did not use the item other than to try it.

• You need to send the item back pre-paid by you within 30 days of purchasing it.

• Do not use just the manaufacturer's box to ship the item back as it could get damaged in shipping. Damage in transit could delay your return processing.

• Shipping & Handling will not be refunded.

• We pay for reshipping when the exchange is for the same item in different size (not applicable for a different color).

• Only for US buyers and to be used only once per item.
